Saving Passion

I’m saving all my passion
To swim amongst the stars
The ones that shine above me
Within this sky that’s ours
We often fail to see them
While searching for the moon
Which comes and goes in rhythm
Around our world so blue
Some stars will fade forever
And not a tear will fall
For they are masked in darkness
And far beyond our call
The vastness that’s a cosmos
Is really very small
When placed against a future
That no one knows at all.
For which will last forever
I truly cannot see
For there amongst the heaven
Is another star like me
